"Susan found us our dream home but the family that inherited it was refusing to make necessary repairs. Susan was persistent with rationalizing with the family and it paid off. She stayed on top of everything for us and oversaw the projects because we don't live there yet. We were informed throughout the process constantly. She worked above and beyond her call of duty. I would highly recommend Susan for anyone who wants a home or is selling a home. We were blessed she was recommended to us. This is our retirement dream home thanks to Susan."

"My husband and I have bought and sold three properties in the past thirty years. Recently, we were looking for a house in the New Kent/ Williamsburg area.
