About Lauren

Born and raised in FL, I went to Florida State where I studied abroad in Italy during my Sophomore Summer in College, giving me an exposure to a culture that spans the centuries, fostering my love of architecture, design and fashion. I interned in Fashion Public Relations at Salvatore Ferragamo in Manhattan. My degree in Fashion Merchandising from Florida State University (Go Noles), translates well into an eye for the way that rooms should be put together and staging homes to maximize favorable results for my clients.

My husband’s career brought us to RVA in 2006, so I understand and empathize with the challenges and excitement of moving to a new city. I love the history and culture, fabulous museums and rising, local food scene, and some of the things I enjoy doing in my spare time are to spend time with family and friends, traveling, reading, exercising, trying new restaurants and water sports, especially, paddleboarding and skiing!

Real Estate is an ever changing and evolving people business. My goal is to build lifelong relationships with my clients, whether they are buying, selling a property  or both! I believe that it’s important to be a trusted resource for my clients, bringing both myself and my vetted vendors to the table. I do my best to live both professionally and personally by the Golden Rule, and treat others how I would like to be treated.

I've been a multiple time Top Producer since 2017. I received an SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation in 2023 and an ABR designation in 2024.   I am active in my community: a member of both  PTAs  at my kids' schools:  Freeman High School and Tuckahoe Middle School,  and am the Co- Chair for Spirit Nights for TMS.  I am also a member of the RAR's Diversity and Inclusivity Committee and Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church in The Fan.
