About Jeremy

Jeremy Connell brings more than 25 years of real estate experience in the commercial, residential, and mixed-use realms.

He has worked extensively on urban, adaptive re-use and in-fill developments, and has had direct involvement in bringing more than 200 residential units to market. Jeremy's work has involved numerous tax credit, tax abatement and enterprise zone projects, giving him a thorough understanding of the regulations and requirements of such endeavors.

Mr. Connell has also worked extensively to resolve land use and permitting issues; working closely with local, state and national regulatory agencies to find the most appropriate solutions for each project. Jeremy is the owner and founder of Pareto LLC – a Richmond-based real estate development firm.

He holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University and is a veteran of the United States Navy Submarine service.
